STRATEGIST · FOUNDER · MOTHER · IN THE MIDDLE OF IT

I don't have this figured out.
I have language for it.

I am an accomplished individual. Professionally, I am a strategist, a political insider, the President of one of Washington's most effective lobbying firms. Personally, my world centers around being a mother parenting two daughters and navigating — right now, in real time — what it means to reset and recalibrate a life that was built for a different season. I am navigating what it means to build a stable, intentional life for two daughters when the architecture of that life is shared, imperfectly, with someone else.

This platform exists to give language and resources to the women who are in it with me.

You are not falling apart.
You are recalibrating.
There is a difference.

FOR THE WOMAN IN THE MIDDLE

You are accomplished. Credentialed. The person in the room with a plan for everything — including how to appear as if none of this is hard.

And somewhere, usually around 2 in the morning, you are asking yourself a question you have not asked anyone else yet.

About your priorities. About the relationships that are and are not carrying their weight. About whether the structure of your life was built on purpose — or whether it assembled itself while you were busy managing everything else.

That question is not a crisis. It is information.

This platform is built on a simple premise: the women who are in the middle of it deserve language for what they are experiencing — not just inspiration, not just advice, but the specific, honest vocabulary of someone who is in it too.

Most of the content available to women like us was written for someone who already came out the other side. I am writing from inside it.

Her name, in my head, is Addison.

THE COMMUNITY

Her exact age is less important than her life stage She is likely somewhere between 30s and 50s. She has built something real — a career, a family, a reputation she has earned. She is the person other people call when they need to know what to do.

She is also, right now, in a season that is not cooperating with the version of herself she planned for. The blur is real. The exhaustion is real. The specific ache of doing everything correctly and still feeling like something is not quite right — that is real too.

She does not need to be told she is strong. She knows she is strong. She needs someone to give her language for the thing she has been living inside without a name.

That is what I am here to do.

If you recognized yourself in that description — welcome. You are in the right place.

What this platform actually is…

Three things.

All of them honest.

None of them for the woman who has it all figured out.

The foundational frameworks that have helped me build the tools along the way to recognize what is happening and learn from it in the moment:

  • The Reset & Recalibration cycle.

  • The Honesty Policy.

  • The Village Framework.

These are not motivational concepts — they are the structural map of what I found when I looked back at the hardest seasons of my life.

A framework for the pattern.

The goal is to build a community and a safe space for the women who are in it — not past it. Let’s connect here with weekly content that helps us all to have the connection to know we are not in it all alone. This community hopefully provides the kind of company that comes from knowing you are not the only one in it.

A community for the middle.

Weekly narratives. The kind that makes you feel seen not because it is inspirational, but because it is specific and gives words to what you are feeling. This is my candor about my experiences that meet you where you are. No judgement.

Language for the blur.
