WHY NOW

This platform is where I offer that language. Not as someone who arrived. As someone who is still walking — with better vocabulary, more hard-won frameworks, and a genuine conviction that the woman in the middle of it deserves more than she is currently being given.

Before this platform, there was a life. A career built in the rooms where policy is made and unmade. A decision to become a mother — not planned, fully chosen. The particular challenge of building infrastructure — a firm, a village, a daily structure — from the ground up while figuring out, in real time, who you are when you are all of these things at once.
There were seasons that looked fine from the outside and felt singular on the inside. There were relationships that required more than they returned. There were moments of clarity that came slowly, in the quiet hours, and required more courage to act on than any professional decision she had ever made.
