HOW TO USE THIS WORKSHEET
- For each tenet: (1) Read the description, (2) Write your honest reflection, (3) Circle your alignment score.
- Alignment Scale: 1 = Not at all aligned · 2 = Rarely · 3 = Sometimes · 4 = Mostly · 5 = Fully aligned
- Add your five scores at the end. Read your result. Sit with it.
CLARITY IS INFORMATION
Clarity is not a destination. It's already present — in the moments you rush past, the hesitation you rationalize, the look you immediately explain away. The problem is not that you don't have clarity. The problem is that you've been trained to distrust what you see.
WHERE THIS SHOWS UP IN YOUR LIFE- You feel a persistent low-level unease you keep explaining away.
- You catch yourself mentally preparing to justify a choice you haven't made yet.
- You've said "I'll just wait and see" more than twice about the same situation.
What did you know — that you immediately talked yourself out of?

NOT HAVING AN ANSWER IS AN ANSWER
High-achieving women treat uncertainty as a failure of preparation. But sometimes not having the answer IS the answer. Timing has its own intelligence. There are seasons when the right move is to stop forcing the conclusion.
WHERE THIS SHOWS UP IN YOUR LIFE- You are running the same decision through a mental loop with no resolution.
- You feel pressure — mostly self-imposed — to decide before you're ready.
- You keep asking other people's opinions instead of sitting with your own.
What are you trying to force into resolution before it's ready?

SEEING POTENTIAL IS NOT SEEING REALITY
Potential is not a plan. Banking on what someone could be — instead of what they consistently are — is one of the most expensive mistakes a high-achieving woman can make. You cannot build a stable life on a projection.
WHERE THIS SHOWS UP IN YOUR LIFE- You are describing someone by who they could be, not who they have shown you they are.
- You have more evidence of their potential than of their consistency.
- You find yourself explaining their behavior to others more than experiencing their reliability.
What are you choosing to see instead of what you have actually been shown?

ACCOUNTABILITY IS NOT OPTIONAL
Accountability is not punishment. It is the operating agreement you have with yourself about what you will and will not accept — and what you will do when that line is crossed. Without it, everything else is just intention.
WHERE THIS SHOWS UP IN YOUR LIFE- You keep making the same agreements with yourself that you don't follow through on.
- You hold others to standards you don't apply to yourself.
- You feel resentment toward people or situations you have never actually addressed directly.
Where are you asking for accountability from others that you haven't applied to yourself?

SELF-PERMISSION IS THE PREREQUISITE
Nothing moves without this one. You cannot reset, recalibrate, or rebuild until you give yourself permission to do so. Most women are waiting for external validation to do what they already know they need to do. The permission has to come from you.
WHERE THIS SHOWS UP IN YOUR LIFE- You are waiting for someone else to tell you it is okay to make the move you already know you need to make.
- You have framed your own needs as selfish or inconvenient.
- You know what you need to do — and you are the only thing in the way.
What are you waiting for permission to do — and who do you need to get it from?
YOUR REFLECTIONALIGNMENT SCORE
YOUR TOTAL SCORE
20–25: HIGH ALIGNMENT
You are largely operating with honesty. Identify the one tenet where your score was lowest — that is your next edge.
13–19: IN PROGRESS
You are seeing clearly in some areas and still building in others. Focus on the tenet where the gap feels most uncomfortable — that is where the work is.
5–12: AT THE BEGINNING
You are at the start of something important. The awareness you are building right now is the foundation. Stay with it.
CLOSING QUESTION
Are you happy with the person you are right now?
Sit with this. Your answer is the beginning.
